FAQs

When will I receive my invitation?

Every active bishop should have received their official invitation during late 2018. If you are eligible but have not received an invitation, please contact your provincial secretary.

Registration is through a separate website. Full details of how to log in and register are provided with the invitation letter.

How much will it cost to attend?

The full price for each Lambeth conference delegate is £4,950, includes en-suite accommodation and all meals at the venue plus all travel during the conference itself. It doesn’t include flights to or from the UK or other travel before or after the conference. The conference organisers want to ensure that no bishop or spouse is unable to attend for financial reasons. For that reason, there is a bursary scheme to help anyone needing financial support for the conference fee and travel. Details of the scheme are included with the conference invitation.

Are bursaries available?

Why is it a joint conference?

The joint conference is in recognition of the vital role spouses play across the Anglican Communion and a desire to support them in their ministry. The intention is for every spouse to develop their ministry through their participation in the conference. There is recognition that fellowship will be a key aspect for spouses.

Will there be interpreters for non-English speakers?
