The Spouses' Planning Group, chaired by Mrs Williams, works with her in designing the Spouses' Conference. Its members come from around the world. They last met in November 2006 and will meet for the second time in November this year.
In between its meetings, the Planning Group has assistance from a UK group, the Spouses' Implementation Group, which progresses its decisions and ideas.
