Resolution V.22
Iraq and Libya
This Conference:
- aware of the serious effects of economic sanctions on two of the major countries of the Province of Jerusalem and the Middle East (i.e. Iraq and Libya);
- concerned about the plight of the civilian populations of these countries, particularly those who are vulnerable because basic medicines and food are lacking; calls upon the Security Council of the United Nations urgently to review the situation.
