Resolution IV.25

New Churches and Independent Church Groups

This Conference:

encourages the development of relationships between members of Anglican Churches and members of New Churches and Independent Christian Groups bilaterally, multilaterally, locally and informally, where this is appropriate and possible; and
asks the Primates to investigate ways and means of monitoring the development of New Churches and Independent Christian Groups, studying their characteristics, and offering advice to provinces and dioceses about initiating and developing relationships with them.
