Resolution 62
The Conference is of opinion that it should be the recognised practice of the Churches of our Communion:
- at all times to baptize the children of members of any Church of the Orthodox Eastern Communion in cases of emergency, provided that there is a clear understanding that baptism should not be again administered to those so baptized;
- at all times to admit members of any Church of the Orthodox Eastern
Communion to communicate in our churches, when they are deprived of the
ministrations of a priest of their own Communion, provided that
- they are at that time admissible to communion in their own Churches,and
- are not under any disqualification so far as our own rules of discipline are concerned.
