I have just returned from a very interesting time away last month, meeting Anglicans in Zambia and Malawi. (And then a good holiday!)
The last Lambeth Conference 2008 Design Group meeting is currently taking place in Cape Town, so David and Sue are both out in South Africa at the moment. That means final decisions are being made about the conference programme!

Thankfully, all Design Group members who were due to arrive over the weekend did so. Bishop Miguel, from Uruguay, lost his luggage for a while, but that has now been rectified. Breakfast today was good, too!

Easter week will be a busy one for us, as we make final preparations for the arrival at the weekend of the Lambeth Conference Design Group. It meets from April 16th to 20th, mainly to discuss the programme in detail. Thanks to David’s hard work, international flights have been booked, accommodation at the Anglican Communion Office’s St Andrew’s Guest House is reserved, daily worship has been co-ordinated and – most importantly – meals have been arranged.
