Happy New Year and welcome to the Lambeth Conference year!!

We're all back in the office after a good Christmas break, feeling rather nervous about the fast-approaching conference....but usually excited too.

Registrations come in thick and fast, now for spouses as well as bishops. We're taking conference payments too, which helps the bank balance! The team of translators and stewards is slowly growing....and we now know where you can install port-a-loos at the University of Kent!

David and I braved a snow-swept site visit at the campus in Canterbury last week. It being January 3rd, I rather objected to the rude awakening of a 7am alarm clock...but no doubt it did me good!

This month is already very full, which is no doubt a sign of things to come. We value all your prayers for us, as we prepare as best we can for the summer.
