Lambeth Conference 2008 Blog

This week I have been a little too busy for my liking. Admittedly, I don't like being busy at all.....

On Tuesday we discussed the production of a resource for hosts and guests during the pre-Lambeth Conference hospitality initiative. This will give a few guidelines on cross-cultural hospitality. The team here had a meeting with Affinity Events for much of Wednesday, catching up on the nuts and bolts of conference planning.

Most of Thursday was spent in meetings with Quba, the company designing our online registration forms and event management software.

Today (Friday) my colleagues and I have been flat out getting materials prepared for the Lambeth Conference launch on Monday.

Not to mention the ever-increasing pile of registration-related administration and email management that I never seem to get on top of.

It's a good situation to be in - lots of activity and interest in the conferences. But it creates work. Work, work, work. Ah, for the lazy life....
