I am feeling slightly sheepish after failing to update you for weeks - again!

The main reason is that I've been spending every waking minute getting Spouses' Conference registration and Lambeth Conference registration stage two up and running. It all seemed a little harder than it should have been.....but we're more or less there now so I feel able to write blog entries again!

Lots of progress has been made in recent weeks. The Spouses' Planning Group met and more or less tied up the programme for that event. There's work still to be done on the afternoon activities but otherwise the skeleton is now in place. Sue has been in South Africa, where the Bible Study Group more or less finished its work.

The Conference prayer and hymn books are progressing nicely and we have just begun to work with MTS Travel, who will co-ordinate travel for those delegates who need bursary assistance. We're also recommending them to delegates making their own travel arrangements.

There are increasing numbers of things to do as time goes on, and our team is busy all the time. On most days it seems we're progressing rather than collapsing, however, so we remain jolly! Almost Christmas, after all.
