MTS Travel
was appointed as our travel agency in November 2007.
Initially formed to facilitate travel for relief and development workers in 1947, MTS is now a fully appointed travel business. It will be organising travel for all conference delegates requiring bursary assistance to pay their travel expenses, and is our recommended travel agent for those paying their own way.
MTS will ensure that the carbon footprint of all flights it arranges on our behalf is offset.
The University of Kent is our conference venue. The hospitality and conference team there are taking care of all our accommodation and catering requirements, as well as rooms for the majority of conference activities.
