News and information from the 1998 Conference was shared daily with a professionally edited and designed newsletter/newspaper, The Lambeth Daily. Under the direction of the Communications Officer, Canon Jim Rosenthal, Mr Bob Williams, then editor of the Los Angeles Diocesan newspaper and communications director, served as editor, with a complete international staff. The paper was glossy and designed by Andrew Day Add Two Design Canterbury and printed locally.

Information from the communications staff was fed into the publication with a plethora of photos showing the diversity of those gathered in a vivid way. The operation was part of the overall volunteer Communications and Telecommunications of some 70 plus people from around the Anglican Episcopal World. Copies were sold and many took pre-packaged sets back to use in displays and presentations in their dioceses.
